If a product has been purchased only the net amount of the equipment actually paid will be considered, furthermore the following items are non-refundable:
- Shipping and handling charges
- Bespoke equipment made to order
Hoist and Winch Returned Goods
In order to implement your rights under the Hoist and Winch returns policy, you must telephone, email or contact us via the website to arrange your return in enough time for you to be able to return the product within the 10 day period.
A copy of our delivery note must accompany all items being returned. To return purchased item(s): Pack carefully, use a courier providing insurance and signed-for-delivery. Proof of shipment must be produced. Purchases are, unless otherwise specified, returned at buyer’s cost.
Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:
- We receive the returned product within 10 days following the date of purchase of the product;
- The returned product is unused, in its original unopened packaging with any seal intact, with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to resell the product as new.
Hoist & Winch Refunds Policy
Equipment may be returned within 10 days and subject to valid reasons and our terms and conditions laid out below a refund may be issued from the customers cleared funds. Please contact us via email prior to returning any products purchased on-line to determine and confirm credit eligibility. When given, refunds will be in the same tender as the original payment at the prevailing currency exchange rate.
Hoist & Winch Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 50% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also confirm that we will not refund the original shipping cost that you paid on the order.
Bespoke equipment is not subject to any returns.
Hoist and Winch Improper returns
Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):
- We will not refund or exchange the product;
- We may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product.
Hoist and Winch Goods Damaged in Transit
We take care to package our products carefully and all goods are handed over to our courier in good condition. Please provide any correspondence with your courier to verify where the damage occurred. If you can show the courier has damaged the goods in transit we will issue a full refund and seek compensation from the courier. If the goods arrived within sound postal packaging but for some other reason were damaged please return the items in their original wrapping and we will issue a refund from cleared funds.
Hoist and Winch Defective Goods Returns
If the item(s) you were sent are defective and unusable please notify us upon receipt via email and return to us within 48 hours explaining why the product is unusable and given satisfactory reason we will issue a full refund including any original delivery charges.
If products are signed for in good condition at time of delivery and are not noted as defective then these goods will be non-returnable/refundable.
Goods fail To Arrive
We will notify you by email when we expect to ship your product. If your product fails to arrive as expected please contact us first so that we may trace the products on your behalf. If the carrier cannot verify delivery within 28 days of the expected delivery date we will provide a full refund including our original courier charges from your cleared funds.
Buyers must be a minimum of 18 years of age
