Reverse Engineering
We can offer a reverse engineering service to replace worn parts which are no longer available or spare parts which otherwise would be on a long lead time from the original manufacturer. This capability is often of interest to customers who’s production processes can not allow any extensive down time. As part of this process great care is always taken to select the correct materials and manufacturer the replacement parts to the correct tolerances.
Machining and Fabrication
We can also design and manufacture bespoke items to suit your particular needs. This maybe machined or fabricated items such as lifting and handling attachments, jigs and fixtures, special tools, gates, barriers and walkways.
System Design
Hoist and Winch can also offer a complete bespoke system design integrating hydraulic or pneumatic handling equipment into your production system either as a stand alone project or as part of a larger lifting and handling project.
